Hello and welcome! Thanks for visiting my website. I'd love to tell you a little bit about how I approach therapy. My goal as a therapist is to walk beside you on this journey. People often seek out therapy to improve the balance of life and reduce the feelings of overwhelm. Maybe you need help healing from a past trauma or difficult relationship. Perhaps you've experienced a loss and would like some support with grieving. For anyone in need of support, connection, or just a soft place to land, I would love to be that resource for you!
I work primarily with those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. I describe my style as laid back - I believe in working through issues at a pace that works for you. You want to dive into the deep end? Let's do it! You want to dip your toe in the water first? That's ok too. I believe in meeting you where you're at. I approach therapy from a strengths perspective as I work with people to build resilience, promote self-determination, and learn effective coping skills. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor, so we will work together to find the best mix of modalities that will serve the goals you have in mind.
In the wake of the pandemic and with all the negativity that can be found in our world, I would love to meet with you for a free 15 minute consultation to see if I can help support you.
